On Saturday we decided to go on a family hike to Papago Park. It's really more like a walk, but perfect for the kids. We were reminiscing about last time we did this and remembered how long ago it was. I found some pictures and Lexi was so young!
Caden was so excited and Lexi was surprisingly a little hesitant. While we were parking the car Lexi said, "I'm scared." Caden proceeded to tell her, "Don't be scared Lexi. There's no monsters up there." It was so cute! And he was right! As soon as we started walking they thought it was so fun and loved looking down over the city from the "hole in the rock".

how fun, we were just saying how we wanted to go on a family hike but usery was too much of a hike so maybe papago would be perfect, glad you posted this.
Looks like it has completely warmed up out there. We really miss having mountains to hike. I can tell you guys made some great memories.
